In addition to the total price of accommodation (which includes consumption tax as stated below) there is a final cleaning fee of 4000 YEN per room. This cleaning fee is a one-off payment irrespective of the length of stay.

Customers who have already paid for accommodations using a credit card before arrival will be charged the cleaning fee when checking out (payment via credit card is available).

Customers intending on paying in person after arrival will be required to pay the price of accommodation, as stated below, plus a final cleaning fee of 4000 YEN per room.
